Big Music Legends Who Died Too Soon

This is a blog about big music legends who died too soon. I decided to make this 'cause a lot of these legends are people I'm fan of. Tell me in a comment which music legends you love.

Michael Jackson (1958-2009)

Michael Jackson; The king Of Pop. He was the man who changed music from the pastand made music as we know it today. Michael was the first black man who's video and music was broadcast on a music channel for white people. The first real short music video also came from MJ. 'Thriller' broke all records and is still known as the most memorable video of all time. He also did alot of charity work. But although he did great work and had an amazing heart, people still blamed him and accused him of horrible things. 

On June 25th, 2009 Michael Jackson died. The whole music world was shocked. And eventhough Michael isn't amon us alive anymore, he'll always be in our hearts and minds. In the history of music, MJ will always play a big part in it. And to me he will always be The Kinf Of Pop and a great inspiration.

Elvis Presley (1935-1977)

Elvis Presley; The King Of Rock 'N Roll. With his song 'Heartbreak Hotel' Presley became the leading figure of the popular rock 'n roll-music. His voice had many sides and vitted in many genres. His dance moves could make women crazy, melt or faint. But because at the time people didn't like that kind of dancing. When Elvis was on TV, they only filmed the upper part of his body. The media was contantly on his lip and as soon as he did something, it was already in the tabloids.

On August 16, 1977 Elvis past away. Because of the media on his lip, his divorce with Pricilla Presley and other stuff, he got started to eat alot and got fat. He started to use drugs and alcohol. All of this caused a heart-attack. The whole world lost a jazz and rock 'n roll-legend. A person who re-invented music. Eventhough my mom was 2 years old when he dead, she still likes his music and also told me about Elvis and let me hear his music.

Kurt Cobain (1967-1994)

Kurt Cobain; The Legend Of Rock (as I like to call him). An amzing singer, rocker and artist. His music has a rebellisch-sound. Kurt made the kind of music teenage kids could relate to. But beside making music, Kurt also had a great mind for art. His kind of art work was deep and had the human anatomy involving in it. He had taken the grunge and rock-music to another level. He fell in love with Courtney Love, his widow.

But on April 5th, 1994 Kurt ended his life. He shot himself through the head. A couple of days before his suicide he went to rehab. But he escaped. All the people and teenagers who loved rock and grunge-music, was greaving about Kurt. My mom has told me alot about him. And his music will always make me feel like I'm free and a rebel.

John Lennon (1940-1980)

John Lennon; The Man Of Peace. A member from the English band 'Beatles'. His voice was really cheerfull and peacefull. It made you wanna dance, swim in the lake or just go crazy. He standed for a peacefull and non-violent world. But beside all of that, John was also a drawer. He was a creative writer too. He made stories, poetry and cartoons.

On December 8, 1980 Lennon was shot by Mark David Chapman (you wanna know the exact story about this guy, watch the movie 'Chapter 27' with Jared Leto). The day after his death, someone said: "John loved and prayed for the human race. Please pray the same for him." Now I don't really know his music, but I like what he wanted the world to be; a peacefull world for everyone to live in.
